Crochet Jute Basket- 22nd August 1:00- 4:00In this workshop you will learn the skills and pattern to make a small crochet basket. These skills and knowledge will enable you to make baskets in whatever size you desire. All materials: including a crochet hook and step by step illustrate instructions to take home. As this will be a small group with a limit of 6 people it is suitable for beginners. Cost: $85 Limit: 6 participants Place: Morayfield Sport & Events Centre

This Bendigo Rustic wool yarn has been hand dyed by me using orange marigolds from my garden

We will create at least 4 colours

These ribbons were hand dyed by me using red and green poinsettia leaves from my yard

Cost: $45 own supplies or $95 including all materials needed

We will cover- botanicals and kitchen waste that give colour- natural fibres and fabric preparation for dyeing- mordants to use on cotton

We will use naturally dyed cotton thread

All my coloured raffia has been hand dyed with love by me on my verandah using botanical dyes
